In this role you will drive the development of Italian-language originals for Amazon MGM Studios, shepherding projects from concept to production. You will work closely with writers, show-runners, and partners to identify and develop high-quality series and select films, embedding editorial strategy and IP scouting. The position emphasizes leadership of a development team and collaboration with cross-functional partners to align with a global audience. This is an opportunity to shape Italian content for a dynamic, global studio.

Responsabilità

Extensive experience in script development with strong understanding of story structure and serialized storytelling
Background from a major broadcaster, studio, or production company in Italy or internationally
Proven track record supporting multiple development projects simultaneously
Strong relationships within the Italian entertainment industry
Excellent creative instincts for xysqume commercially viable content with global resonance
Fluency in Italian and English
Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior leadership
Experience in selecting and reviewing scripts and adapting editorial strategy for film and series
Ability to identify relevant stories, IPs, and trends in the Italian market and abroad
