Position: Director, GlobalAdvisory –South EMEA & Italy

Summary
As Director, GlobalAdvisory (North America), you will serve as a domainexpert advisor and trusted partner to our regional sales and customer success teams. The role combines elements of subjectmatterexpertise, consultativeengagementand thought leadership. You will help our largest customers solve complex fraud and financialcrime challenges, translate customer needs into product innovation, and evangeliseBioCatch’svalue proposition at executive levels.
Role Responsibilities
Consultative advisory: Provide deep fraud/financialcrimeexpertiseand consulting support to sales teams,identifyingopportunities at existing and new clients.
Customer engagement: Meet with customers’ senior fraud and risk leaders to understand business challenges and propose solutions based onBioCatch’splatform.
Thought leadership: Develop and deliver content (articles, webinars, conference presentations)
to positionBioCatchas a leader in behavioural intelligence anddevicebasedfraud detection.
Evangelism: RepresentBioCatchatcompany events,industryeventsand executive briefings; present complex concepts clearly to both technical andnontechnicalaudiences.
Usecase innovation: Identifyemerging customer challenges and creative solution ideas and work with the Product team to prioritise new usecases and
Usecase evaluation: Evaluate new use cases for technical feasibility and functional fit, and work with clients in partnership with sales to deliver value outcomes.
Innovation Board: Participatein theBioCatchClient Innovation Board, helping to evaluate and prioritise product innovations for our customers.
Market insights: Maintaina comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape, fraudthreatsand regulatory trends, and share insights with internal stakeholders across Product,Salesand Threat Analytics.
Requirements: Experience: 10+years handson experience in fraud & financialcrime roles within financial services or fraudtechnology providers; 3+years of consultative engagements at executive level.
Domainexpertise: Demonstrable depth in fraud, financialcrimeand cybersecurity domains; ability to articulate how fraud teams operationalise technology in the fraudprevention “stack.”
Business case & metrics: Proven ability to interpret fraud/financialcrime metrics, build business cases and quantify ROI for customers.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a STEM/quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics or similar.
Communication & presentation: Exceptionally strong verbal and written skills, with the ability to command a room and evangeliseBioCatch’ssolution at conferences.

Expertlevel consultative skills with the ability to collaborate, understand technical specifics and engage senior stakeholders confidently.

Usecase development: Experienceidentifyingnew fraudusecases and influencing product roadmaps based on client feedback and businesscase
modelling.
Market & threat knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape and fraud/financialcrime threat environment.
Analytical mindset: Familiar with fraud data sources,analyticsand reporting.
Leadership: Experience mentoring, coaching or leading crossfunctionalteams; participation in innovation boards or governance processes.
Innovation: Proven ability to support or lead innovation initiatives and to communicate complex concepts tonontechnicalstakeholders.
Desirable Qualifications
Advanced certifications (e.g., CFE, CISSP, ACAMS) or a master’s degree.
Exposure to multiple industries beyond financial services (e.g., retail, telecommunications, insurance).
Familiarity with AI/ML or digitalidentity technologies; experience with AIdrivenbehavioural biometrics.
Experience in marketing, eventorganisationor public relations.
Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (AML, KYC, dataprivacy laws) and their impactonfraudpreventionstrategies.
