ph3Role Summary /h3pA successful candidate in this position will lead team(s) of employees and consultants to implement SAP S4/HANA ERP solutions at various Flowserve plants and locations globally.
The scope of SAP solutions includes complete end?to?end implementations, point CIP solutions, technical upgrades and various module implementations.
/ph3Your Role /h3ulliManage, deliver, and support ERP implementations that identify, design, and implement creative business and technology solutions for Flowserve.
/liliManage implementation risk and project economics, including planning, budgeting, and defining deliverable content, while ensuring buy?in from top business and IT governance managers.
/liliInteract daily with business management and sponsorship.
/liliProvide leadership to a team of multiple employees and consultants, coaching, mentoring, and supervising project team members and contractors to foster accountability.
/liliEnsure end?to?end project governance and drive standardization of processes to support, control, and manage SAP within Flowserve, as well as the implementation methods used to roll out ERP.
/liliTravel approximately 50% of the time, or more as business needs require.
/li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulli10 years' experience as an Information Systems Manager, IT Project Manager, Application Developer, Systems Analyst, or in a related occupation.
/lili7 years of SAP ERP implementation experience,



of which 3 years should be in a manufacturing environment.
/lili3 complete life?cycle implementations from requirements to production support.
/lili3 years' experience as a hands?on ERP Project Manager.
/liliExperience with SAP's project methodology.
/liliProficient in communicating with non?technical shop floor personnel.
/lili4?year degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
/liliExcellent organization, communication, presentation, and problem?solving skills.
/liliProven ability to work in and manage matrix teams.
/liliFluent in English, both verbally and in writing.
/liliExpertise in Change Request Management, ideally SAP Solution Manager (CHARM Process).
/liliProven knowledge of release changes, upgrades, enhancement packages, and SAP Notes.
/liliAbility to create strong working relationships with others.
