As an MTE Engineer Specialist, you will lead the development, validation, and industrialization of automated test solutions for new products and mass production. You will work with R&D;, Manufacturing, Quality and cross-functional teams to ensure robust testing across Camera, RF, Electronic, Mechanical, LED, Functional and Software domains. You drive improvements in yield, throughput and test coverage while supporting NPI, pilot builds and ramp-up. This role offers impact across global manufacturing and product cycles.

Develop, validate and industrialize automated test solutions for new products
Support NPI activities, pilot builds, ramp-up and mass production
Design, optimize and maintain test stations, fixtures and equipment
Perform GR&R;, correlation studies and capability analysis
Analyze test data, identify root causes and implement corrective actions
Improve yield, throughput, quality and test coverage through continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate with R&D;, Manufacturing, Process, Quality and Suppliers to resolve technical issues




Prepare and maintain technical documentation, work instructions and validation reports
Provide technical training and support to production teams
Drive engineering changes and introduce innovative testing technologies and methodologies
Degree in Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automation, Computer Engineering or equivalent
Experience in Test Engineering within manufacturing or consumer electronics
Knowledge of automated test systems and production test methodologies
Experience with data analysis, troubleshooting and root cause analysis
Familiarity with laboratory instruments and measurement equipment
Knowledge of hardware-software integration and test validation
Experience supporting NPI and manufacturing environments
Strong analytical, problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills
Experience in one or more domains (Camera, RF, Electronic, Mechanical, LED, Functional or Software Test) is a strong advantage
