Specialista Senior / Project Manager
In this role you lead commissioning for highly complex projects within ABB’s nuclear-focused context, ensuring solutions meet standards and contractual requirements. You will collaborate with project, site, and customer teams to drive safe, compliant execution and implement innovative processes. Your work supports cost-efficient project delivery, risk management, and cybersecurity and safety compliance. Lead commissioning activities for complex projects and ensure alignment with contractual, safety, quality, and cybersecurity standards
Manage service activities and coordinate with project teams, contractors, and site stakeholders
Develop and implement engineering solutions to improve project execution
Maintain senior‑level customer relationships and deliver tailored project solutions




Lead risk and opportunity assessments and implement mitigation actions
Support project planning with work plans, cost estimates, and resource allocation
Coach teams on safe, cybersecure commissioning practices
Ensure compliance with nuclear sector requirements including traceability and documentation control
Diploma or Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or Chemical Engineering
Proven experience in installation, commissioning, or project execution in industrial, energy, nuclear, or automation environments
Strong knowledge of safety, quality, contractual, and cybersecurity requirements related to commissioning
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders (customers, contractors, cross‑functional teams)
Proactive problem‑solver with analytical and risk management skills
Exposure to nuclear projects or regulated environments is a plus
Ability to communicate in Italian and English
