ppThe iconic Hotel Cipriani, a Belmond Hotel in Venice, is recruiting a talented and motivated FB Manager to oversee and enhance the entire Food and Beverage division of the hotel, including the kitchen. This is a permanent full‑time position to start during the first few months of next year (2026). The FB Manager reports directly to the Hotel's General Manager. As FB Manager at Hotel Cipriani you will be responsible for the smooth and profitable operation of eight venues: the restaurants Cip's Club and Il Porticciolo, the Michelin‑starred Oro Restaurant, the Bar Gabbiano and Bacaro Dior, the Breakfast, Rooms Service, and Banqueting departments. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupervise daily operations of all FB venues. /li liMonitor guest satisfaction. /li liEnsure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations. /li liSupervise recruitment, lead talent development and performance management, suggest training necessities. /li liManage budgets, financial performance, and forecasts. /li liDevelop new FB strategies to keep improving quality and guest satisfaction while monitoring market trends and competitor activities. /li liProvide leadership, vision, and direction during the renovation of many venues.



/li liEnsure the execution of Leading Quality Assurance standards and action plans for improvements when necessary. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liExtensive experience in FB leadership roles; international experience within luxury hotels or resorts is a plus. /li liDemonstrated success in managing high‑quality FB venues. /li liItalian speaking is a must, fluency in English; good knowledge of French will be beneficial. /li liAbility to lead, support, and motivate the team during renovation. /li liStrong guest service orientation. /li liExceptional leadership and interpersonal skills. /li liRemarkable problem‑solving and decision‑making skills. /li liGood understanding of inventory, cost control, and budgeting. /li /ul pCandidates must be eligible to work in Italy at the moment of application.
