Experteer Overview

In this role you oversee end-to-end managerial consolidation and planning across Campari Group, ensuring accurate, timely financial data for strategic decisions. You’ll work with global FP&A; teams and the House of Brands to align data and timelines, driving data quality and process improvements in consolidation and reporting. The position supports actual and planning cycles, including budgets and forecasts, across multiple geographies. You will lead a team, collaborate with a BPO partner, and enable continuous improvement to scale financial processes.

- Oversee end-to-end managerial consolidation for actual and planning data across units and regions
- Ensure data quality meets stakeholder expectations and aligns with corporate timelines and finance models
- Collaborate with Local, Regional, Group FP&A; and House of Brands to gather and consolidate data
- Support SAP consolidation systems (BPC, S/4HANA, BW, SAC) implementation and optimization
- Coordinate with BPO delivery center to ensure timely, accurate deliverables
- Provide functional support for SAP during mergers, acquisitions and new LE setups
- Lead data validation, controls framework, reconciliations, and variance analyses




- Maintain data alignment across S/4HANA, BW, BPC, SAC and ensure data integrity
- Act as SME on supply‑chain and product costing topics (CO‑PA, logistics cost)
- Lead KPI‑driven performance monitoring and ensure adherence to SLAs
- Serve as primary contact for Group FP&A;, Regional FP&A;, Local Finance Directors, and House of Brands
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, automation, and SOP documentation
- Manage and develop a team; coordinate with Accenture delivery centers to ensure SLA compliance

Responsabilità
- 7-10 years in FP&A; and controlling

- Experience with managerial consolidation (actual and planning cycles)
- Experience in Global Business Services and coordinating with BPO
- Advanced SAP knowledge (BPC/SAC, S/4HANA, BW)
- Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
- Proficiency in managerial accounting (cost allocation, intercompany eliminations, profitability analysis)
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and attention to detail
- Strong project management and multi‑priority delivery
- Effective stakeholder management and communication with senior finance leaders
- Fluent in English
