SYS-DAT Group is a leading IT solutions provider for companies. To strengthen its internal structure, the group seeks for VERSYA, a SYS-DAT Group company, based in Carpi.

Position

Business Consultant

Responsibilities

- Specialist Consulting: Providing second-level application consulting to solve problems and optimize customer business processes through the use of ERP software.
- Requirements Analysis: Collect and analyze customer requirements to understand the needs and define the most appropriate solutions.
- Anomaly Management: Take charge of and manage reports of software anomalies, coordinating activities until they are fully resolved.
- User Training: Organize and hold training sessions for customers on the use of newly implemented modules or features.
- Functional Testing: Perform extensive testing to validate developed solutions and ensure that they meet customer requirements.
- Drafting Documentation:



Write clear and detailed functional documents describing the analysis performed and the proposed solutions.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or economics or equivalent degree and/or knowledge of key business processes (accounting/administrative processes in particular)
- Strong aptitude for problem solving
- Online customer management skills
- Aptitude for teamwork
