/p h3Your Mission /h3 pAs Head of Product Management Application Engineering, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product portfolio strategy while leading the application engineering function to ensure technical excellence and customer satisfaction.
/p pYou will act as the bridge between market needs, commercial opportunities, RD capabilities, and customer applications, ensuring our solutions remain differentiated and competitive.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDefine and drive the global product management strategy aligned with business objectives.
/li liLead and develop Product Management and Application Engineering teams.
/li liManage the full product lifecycle, including market and funnel analysis, concept development, product launch, performance optimization, and phase-out.
/li liTranslate customer and market insights into product innovation opportunities.
/li liCollaborate closely with Sales, RD, Operations, and Marketing to accelerate growth.




/li liSupport key customers and strategic projects with advanced technical expertise.
/li liDrive new product introductions and ensure successful market adoption.
/li liAnalyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitive activities to identify growth opportunities.
/li liEstablish product roadmaps and prioritize development initiatives based on strategic business needs.
/li liContribute to pricing, positioning, and value proposition strategies.
/li liRepresent the company at customer meetings, industry events, and technical forums.
/li /ul h3What We're Looking For /h3 h3Education Technical Expertise /h3 ul liDegree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
/li liStrong understanding of adhesives, coatings, wood processing technologies, packaging, or related industrial applications.
/li liExcellent knowledge of product development processes, project management and application technologies.
/li /ul h3Experience /h3 ul liSignificant experience in Product Management, Application Engineering, Technical Marketing, or Innovation Management, combined with proven Project Management skills in industrial B2B markets.
/li liProven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
/li liTrack record of successfully launching and growing industrial products in international markets.




/li liKnowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies, Green Belt or Black Belt certification is considered a plus.
/li /ul h3Languages /h3 ul liFluent English is mandatory.
/li liAdditional European languages (German, French, Italian, Dutch, etc.) are considered an advantage.
