We are looking for aFinancial Performance Controlling Leadto support Manufacturing, Supply Chain and cross-functional stakeholders in driving business performance, profitability and strategic decision-making.
The role acts as a trusted finance partner, providing proactive recommendations and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
What We're Looking For:
Minimum5 years of experience
Experience within structured international organizations.
Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders and influence decisions across different organizational levels.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications:
Degree inEconomics, Finance orManagement Engineering.
Advanced Englishfor reporting, presentations and business discussions.
Strong knowledge ofSAPand/orAS400.
Advanced proficiency inMicrosoft Excel.
Nice to Have:
Experience within theAutomotive industry.
Exposure to Manufacturing and Supply Chain finance environments.
Experience driving cost optimization, profitability improvement and Working Capital initiatives.
