We’re looking for a Hospitality Manager to join the team at our Calabiana Milan campus .
In this role, your mission will be to own the day-to-day campus operations, ensuring high service standards and a seamless member experience .

Manage opening and closing procedures of the co-working space, ensuring seamless front desk coverage and high service standards
Handle calls, emails, deliveries, access cards, badges, and daily check-ins, ensuring secure and efficient access management
Oversee daily service operations, including bookings and equipment setup, with attention to up-selling and member retention
Ensure the reception area is organised, functional, and visually welcoming, enhancing warmth and brand identity through seasonal styling
Work closely with the City Lead and rest of the team to deliver a consistent, high-quality campus experience
Support on-site events, including guest and speaker reception,



acting as a reference point during high-attendance activities.
Ensure the campus consistently reflects the Talent Garden experience: dynamic, inclusive, well-organized, and community-driven
Support to create the day-to-day experience within the campus, helping create an environment that feels welcoming, energetic, and detail-oriented
Support to monitor the community sentiment and member satisfaction, proactively identifying opportunities to improve the campus experience

Ideally, you have experience in hospitality or operations within dynamic, people-driven spaces and enjoy being at the center of an active campus, where workspaces, community life, and events coexist seamlessly throughout the day.
A strong service and operations mindset, with commercial awareness and an understanding of how daily service quality supports member retention
Strong organisational skills, with confidence using Google Workspace (especially Google Sheets) and basic familiarity with CRM tools (nice to have: Comfort coordinating suppliers and external vendors to ensure continuity and quality of on-site services
The ability to work autonomously, take ownership of issues, and act proactively in a highly on-site, hands-on role
Fluency in Italian (native level)



and English, both written and spoken
Availability to coordinate hospitality activities across our Milan campuses, with Calabiana as the primary workplace and flexibility to regularly support the Isola campus when required, ensuring continuity and consistency of the member experience across both locations
