YOUR ROLE

We are looking for a Network Security Specialist to join Kirey’s CyberSecurity team.

The selected professional will be involved in complex enterprise projects and will contribute to the implementation, configuration, operational management, and continuous evolution of advanced network and perimeter security solutions.

The role requires close collaboration with Networking, System Administration, and CyberSecurity teams within a dynamic, merit-based environment organized according to Agile methodologies.

This opportunity is ideal for professionals with 3–5 years of experience who are looking to strengthen their expertise in network security while working with complex enterprise infrastructures and cutting-edge technologies.

Key Responsibilities Will Include

- Implementing, configuring, and managing network security solutions
- Managing Firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, WAFs, and EDR platforms
- Maintaining and upgrading existing security infrastructures
- Monitoring, analyzing, and responding to security incidents
- Managing access control through IAM, NAC, and RBAC solutions
- Performing vulnerability assessment activities and supporting remediation processes
- Configuring and managing Check Point, Fortinet, and Cisco FirePower solutions
- Working with F5 BIG-IP platforms
- Managing Arista Networks infrastructures, with a focus on VXLAN/EVPN, BGP, CloudVision, micro-segmentation, ACLs, and 802.1X




- Collaborating with technical teams to analyze requirements and identify the most effective solutions
- Producing and maintaining technical documentation4

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Ensure the proper operation of managed network security solutions
- Monitor the health and performance of security infrastructures and contribute to their continuous improvement
- Manage and analyze security events and incidents
- Configure, maintain, and optimize perimeter security technologies and appliances
- Support vulnerability management and remediation activities
- Collaborate with technical teams on both operational and project-related initiatives
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of security processes and procedures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical and operational documentation
- Identify opportunities to strengthen the overall security posture and drive innovation initiatives

REQUIREMENTS

- 3–5 years of experience in Network Security
- Strong knowledge of leading network security vendors, particularly Check Point, Fortinet, and Cisco FirePower
- Experience managing Firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, WAFs, and EDR solutions
- Experience with, or operational knowledge of, Arista Networks infrastructures
- Good understanding of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and MPLS networking protocols
- Solid Linux administration skills
- Familiarity with SIEM and monitoring platforms such as Splunk, QRadar, or Elastic
- Basic knowledge of vulnerability assessment and penetration testing methodologies
- Understanding of IAM, NAC, and RBAC concepts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Team-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Degree in a STEM discipline or equivalent educational background
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher

NICE TO HAVE

- Cloud Security expertise
- Knowledge of SASE solutions
- Experience with Palo Alto Networks technologies
- Industry certifications such as CCNA Security, CISSP, CEH, Fortinet NSE, Palo Alto PCNSA/PCNSE, or equivalent
- Experience working within complex enterprise environments
- Advanced knowledge of F5 BIG-IP solutions




- Experience with VXLAN/EVPN architectures and micro-segmentation
- Familiarity with incident response and change management processes
- Experience working in Agile environments

The compensation package includes a gross annual salary ranging from €30,000 to €39,000 , depending on experience and skills, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
