Develop and manage Level 3⁄4 Integrated Master Schedules for EPC power transmission projects across all project phases (EPCM+C).
Define WBS structure and activity sequencing aligned with contractual milestones and interface dependencies.
Conduct critical path, float, and schedule risk analysis (e.g., Coordinate with cross-functional teams to collect progress data and maintain accurate schedule baselines.
Prepare schedule reports, look-aheads, and variance analyses for internal stakeholders and clients.
Support EOT claims, monitor vendor/subcontractor schedules, and interface with client PMO on planning and reporting activities.
5-8 years of project planning/scheduling experience in EPC projects within the power transmission sector.
~ Hands-on experience with high-voltage AC/DC substations or HVDC systems.
~ Solid understanding of EPC contract structures (FIDIC Silver/Yellow Book preferred), interface management, and milestone-driven delivery models.
~ Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and integration of cost/schedule data.
~ You are proficient in Primavera P6 (mandatory) and familiar with MS Project or schedule integration tools.
~ Familiarity with schedule risk assessment tools (Safran Risk, Oracle Risk Analysis, or equivalent).
~ Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory; Italian should be the second language with an intermediate level; additional languages (French, Arabic, or Spanish) are an advantage.
