Giò Forma, a Milan-based multidisciplinary design studio working across architecture, scenography, expo pavilions, and luxury brand experiences (with major projects across the Middle East and beyond), is looking for a junior creative figure to join our team in a collaborative role .

This position combines social media management with direct involvement in the studio’s creative workflow, supporting the development of presentations for high-profile international projects.

What we’re looking for:

- Based in or relocating to Milan
- A sharp eye for design, music, and architecture — genuine taste, not just trend-following
- Strong drive: proactive, fast, self-directed
- A journalistic instinct — you know how to find and tell a story
- Working knowledge of AI tools (image/video generation, AI-assisted workflows) — essential for our presentation and content production




- Initiative and curiosity over credentials

What you’ll do:

- Develop and run our social media presence (Instagram and beyond)
- Create content that translates complex creative and architectural projects into compelling narratives
- Collaborate with the creative team on presentation decks for client pitches — expo concepts, museum tenders, brand experiences
- Use AI tools to speed up visual concepting and content production
