Experteer Overview In this role, you lead advanced planning and scheduling for large projects, shaping project plans and control strategies. You will coordinate WBS/CBS definitions with project teams and contractors, and deliver meaningful progress, risk, and report analyses. You’ll apply probabilistic and critical-path analysis to optimise timelines and resource usage, driving timely project delivery. Retribuzione / Benefits Implement Planning/Scheduling strategy and procedures aligned with company and contractor roles
Coordinate development of WBS and CBS with key project stakeholders
Prepare staffing, engineering, construction progress, and customised reports
Perform probabilistic analysis on integrated and contractor schedules
Conduct schedule analysis:



critical path and schedule risk
Analyze deviations from baseline and propose corrective actions
Contribute Integrated Planning/Scheduling to Monthly Project Reports and other presentations
Assess schedule impact of variances/change orders
Prepare resourcing plans for project phases and advise on peak leveling
Responsabilità Expertise in project controls and time/schedule management
Extensive experience with project scheduling tools (Primavera P6 preferred)
Ability to consolidate multiple schedule inputs into a master schedule and deliver status reports
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Tenacity and drive to add value and create solutions
Ability to build good working relationships within project teams
