3–5 years of relevant sales experience in Private Medium Customer Market within Central-South Italy and via Channel Partners.
Proven track record selling complex solutions with value-based or consultative approaches.
Technical aptitude to understand how technology solves business problems.
Identifies problems, analyzes data, and provides scalable solutions.
Strong relationship management with channel partners and a channel-centric GTM approach.
Full sales cycle knowledge and ability to follow a structured process.
Holistic problem-solving mindset with ability to see bigger interrelated outcomes.
Excellent time management with autonomy and self-direction.
