Experteer Overview In this role you will lead end-to-end engagement to define AI strategy and deliver agentic AI deployments for enterprise customers. You’ll shape solutions across Salesforce’s AI platform and Data Cloud, coordinating with delivery teams to ensure measurable value realization. The work combines strategic advisory, technical design, and program management to drive adoption and impact. This is a fast-moving, customer-facing role that balances innovation with governance and change management.
Benefits Lead end-to-end customer engagements across the value lifecycle: Identify, Commit, Deploy, Consume, owning outcomes at all stages
Define customer Agentic AI strategy and roadmap; run design workshops and jobs-to-be-done analyses
Oversee deployment delivery, timelines, stakeholder communication, risk management, and progress reporting
Own adoption and expansion metrics within engagements; address blockers and drive value realization
Coordinate delivery with Forward Deployed Engineers to align strategy and technical execution
Develop customer solutions using AI tools (Cursor, Claude) and Salesforce AI platforms to accelerate development




Manage customer stakeholders and present business-value outcomes to senior sponsors
Assess AI readiness and guide change management to maximize intelligent agent benefits
Synthesize field insights into actionable product feedback for the Agentic AI platform roadmap
Responsibilities 4+ years in strategic solutioning, technical advisory, or delivery leadership for enterprise cloud or SaaS
Degree in Computer Science or related field
Prior customer-facing delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or technical advisory)
Knowledge of Salesforce platform and ecosystem, including Agentic AI capabilities and Data Cloud
Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Java, or Apex
Proven ability to lead complex engagements end-to-end from discovery to outcomes
Experience leading AI/LLM solution design and responsible AI practices
Strong project and program management with multi-workstream leadership in ambiguous environments
Ability to travel to customer sites as needed
Business proficiency in Italian and English
