Experteer Overview As Additive Product Manufacturing Engineer at Avio Aero, you will advance DMLM additive manufacturing processes for aeronautical components, focusing on part producibility and printing optimization. Retribuzione / Benefits Develop and optimize DMLM processes for parts
Define per-part process parameters and post‑processing steps
Support mechanical design by validating manufacturability and evidences in tech validation
Manage technology department activities and part‑number configurations
Lead continuous improvement and cost‑reduction opportunities in existing processes




Provide on‑the‑floor machine support and problem resolution
Coordinate root‑cause investigations and document outcomes
Collaborate in project approaches, present research results, and contribute to team deliveries
Responsabilità Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Knowledge of DMLM machines, processes and parameters
SPC knowledge
Six Sigma tools & 5S awareness
Experience with Additive Manufacturing, DMLM/EBM
Strong CAD skills and 3D design software (preferably Siemens NX)
Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration abilities
Fluent in Italian and English
Valid work visa per local regulation
