Experteer Overview In this role, you will shape capacity and CapEx strategy aligned with long‑term demand and business goals, driving standardized processes and global standards across Aero Alliance shops. You will analyze data, lead cross‑functional collaboration, and introduce new technologies while coaching a dotted‑line team of factory manufacturing engineers. You will focus on lean execution, SQDC outcomes, and continuous improvement to reduce costs and improve throughput. This is a hands‑on strategic position with significant impact on manufacturing assets, process standards, and capability building.

Maintain global capacity models and takt cycle charts
Coach teams to improve output using lean tools
Ensure 1P1P global standardization for CapEx
Partner on new repair processes and qualifications
Collaborate to build out takt cycle charts and capacity models
Lead root‑cause investigations and implement corrective actions




Provide technical support and training for CapEx, capacity, and flow lines
Interpret business challenges and apply best practices to improve products/processes
Stay informed on industry trends and apply insights
Lead cross‑functional projects with minimal resources and risk
Deploy lean principles including 3P, TPM, Jidoka, Kaizen, VSM, Poka Yoke
Responsabilità Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
7+ years of industrial/manufacturing or quality experience
7+ years in factory operations roles focusing on SQDC, capacity, and CapEx with lean experience
Strong knowledge of engineering concepts and quality processes
Ability to interpret blueprints and drawings
Project management experience
Fluency in English (as applicable)
Travel ~25% (as per role)
