Experteer Overview In this role you will lead and support Europe-wide engineering, construction and material handling projects for FedEx property and real estate initiatives. You will manage schedules, budgets and scoping, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure safety and compliance across multiple sites. You help optimize processes, drive continuous improvement, and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. This hybrid, multi-site position offers a chance to shape real estate development and logistics projects at a global logistics leader.
Retribuzione / Benefits Lead or support multiple engineering, construction and material handling projects across Europe
Manage scopes, schedules, resources, and budgets for construction and material handling projects
Ensure contract compliance and manage invoicing and documentation across countries
Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders across projects
Develop and manage capital and operating budgets in line with policy
Identify and mitigate project changes and risks with stakeholders
Promote continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives




Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders
Travel across Europe to construction sites and meetings (approx. 20% time)
Responsabilità Degree or professional qualification in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Real Estate, or related field
5–8 years of project management, real estate development, or facility engineering experienceExcellent communication, structured thinking, and fact-based approach
Fluency in English
Experience working with diverse teams across regions
Experience managing cross-functional projects with engineering, construction or logistics focus (Brownfield/Greenfield)
Strong budgeting, planning, and design project management skills
Knowledge of project management software (e.g., MS Project) and MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
