In this role you enable standardized SAP-EWM processes across Europe, supporting regional sites within Operations ITS EMEA. You’ll drive continuous improvement and ensure transparent, efficient processes aligned with the group’s goals. You collaborate with local key users and global networks to design and deploy new requirements, shaping how world trade moves through the organization. This position offers international travel, cross‑regional impact, and a dynamic, development‑oriented environment.

Manage and coordinate the global key user network
Serve as primary contact for local key users and manage deliverables (create, validate, test, deploy, train)
Responsibilities Completed university studies in business informatics, business administration, engineering or a comparable field or completed apprenticeship with relevant experience
5 years of professional SAP - EWM experience or equivalent
Experienced in solving problems with local key users and IT and in analyzing business processes
Strong elicitation and documentation of business processes and requirement specifications
Good English communication skills; knowledge of German, Czech, Polish or other EMEA languages is an advantage
Willingness to travel internationally
