Experteer Overview As Field Application Engineering Manager, you lead a technical sales engineering team and drive growth across our Hardware Assisted Verification portfolio. You collaborate with Sales, Marketing and R&D; to shape product direction and address customer needs. You will mentor engineers, oversee technical evaluations, and influence roadmaps while engaging with customers to demonstrate value and ROI. This role blends leadership, deep technical credibility, and cross-functional impact in a hybrid, global environment.
Retribuzione / Benefits Lead and coordinate the Field Application Engineer team across technical sales activities
Guide customer evaluations with expertise in emulation, offload, hybrid flows, prototyping, DFT and power-aware verification
Articulate technical value and ROI to customers and executives
Define success criteria for engagements and ensure differentiating solutions
Collaborate with Sales and Account Directors on opportunities and multi-year strategy
Identify opportunities and provide feedback to Marketing and R&D; to inform roadmap
Support regional account planning and cross-portfolio strategy
Oversee resource allocation,

Develop, hire, onboard, train, and manage performance of FAE team
Foster continuous development in emulation, prototyping, DFT and low-power methodologies
Promote teamwork, communication, and technical excellence
Responsabilità Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience
Proven experience in technical sales, field application engineering, or related leadership roles
Demonstrated leadership of technical sales or FAE teams
Deep expertise in hardware emulation, emulation offload and acceleration, and FPGA prototyping for SoC/ASIC design
Strong knowledge of DFT methodologies (scan, ATPG, MBIST/LBIST, compression)
Proficiency in power and low-power verification techniques (UPF/1801, isolation, retention, power‑aware debug)
