You will drive HR policies, talent management, and employer branding while collaborating across regional and global teams. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and employment regulations; guide leaders and mitigate risks
Drive and implement HR policies, processes, and tools aligned with business goals

Responsabilità Bachelor’s degree in HR, Social Sciences, Law or equivalent experience
Minimum 5 years of generalist HR management experience, ideally in international and manufacturing environment
Proven experience managing and developing a team
Strong knowledge of local employment law
Fluency in both Italian and English
