We are seeking an M&A; specialist who will support the end‑to‑end M&A; process, from market scouting to post‑merger integration, in a dynamic technology‑driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Support the end‑to‑end M&A; process, contributing to multiple phases of the transaction lifecycle.
- Assist in market scouting and target identification, including industry analysis, desktop research, and competitive benchmarking.
- Contribute to the evaluation of acquisition targets through financial analysis, valuation models, and strategic assessments.
- Contribute to the preparation of investment materials, business cases, and presentations for senior management.
- Support due diligence activities across financial, legal, tax, operational, and commercial workstreams, coordinating inputs from internal teams and external advisors.
- Assist in deal execution activities, including data room management, analysis of transaction documents, and coordination with advisors.
- Maintain M&A; documentation, models, and reports, contributing to continuous improvement of tools and processes.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of professional experience in corporate finance, M&A; advisory, transaction services, strategy consulting, or similar roles.
- Previous experience in Big Four or advisory firms is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Solid financial analysis and modeling skills,
with a strong understanding of valuation fundamentals.
- Strong analytical mindset, with attention to detail and structured problem‑solving approach.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
- Proactive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn within a complex and evolving business context.
- Previous experience in Venture Capital or exposure to VC‑backed environments is a plus.
- High standards of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
