For our beautiful store in Corso Garibaldi, Milano we’re looking for a confident and proactive Sales Advisor Assistant who takes ownership of daily operations and enjoys working closely with a driven team.

The Role

We’re looking for someone who thrives in an informal yet ambitious retail environment, enjoys taking responsibility on the shop floor, and brings a warm, welcoming and energetic approach to our location at Corso Garibaldi 16 Milano, 20121 Italy . As our Sales Advisor Assistant, everything you do centers around giving the customer a premium experience through genuine engagement, strong product storytelling, and a natural passion for sales. You are someone who enjoys being on the shop floor, connecting with people, and bringing energy to the store.

This role is all about attitude and curiosity: being proactive, open to learning, and willing to support all aspects of the store alongside the team. From customer service to stock handling and visual presentation, you approach tasks with enthusiasm, care, and attention to detail—always contributing to a positive and dynamic store environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Showing passion and excitement for the brand and products through storytelling and engaging communication.
- Creating meaningful customer interactions and converting store visits into memorable experiences and sales.
- Contributing to a strong team spirit by collaborating closely with colleagues and supporting daily store activities.
- Supporting the visual presentation of the store, with care for details and an interest in maintaining Rains’ aesthetic standards.
- Assisting with stockroom organization, replenishment,



and inventory activities with a hands‑on and proactive approach.
- Taking initiative in daily tasks, being willing to step in where needed, and contributing to the overall flow of the store.

The Ideal Profile

We are looking for a candidate who is organized, detail‑oriented, curious, and proactive. You have a natural passion for sales and enjoy working with people. You are a great team player, who values collaboration and open communication, and you bring a positive attitude while enjoying being in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

We imagine you are/have:

- Excellent communication skills in Italian and English, both oral and written.
- You pay attention to detail and take pride in contributing to a well‑presented store.
- You are flexible and comfortable working across different tasks, from customer service to operational support and visual upkeep.
- You adapt easily to different customers and situations, with a service‑minded mindset.
- You are available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Experience in retail or sales is a plus, but not a requirement: what matters most is your attitude, willingness to learn, and desire to be part of the Rains team and its values.
