Experteer Overview

In this role, you will manage Italian subsidiaries of foreign multinationals, building and sustaining key client relationships to drive growth and retention. You will shape sales strategies, identify opportunities, and close deals while aligning solutions to client needs. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver risk management and insurance solutions, ensuring quality and compliance. This position offers exposure to a multinational client base, a dynamic market, and the chance to contribute to Marsh Risk’s growth and client value creation.

- Manage a client portfolio with budget accountability and contribute to growth, development, and retention goals
- Support clients in risk management by analyzing needs and recommending tailored insurance solutions
- Develop opportunities management and deployment through sales meetings and proposals using the company value proposition
- Close sales deals via value and pricing negotiations to serve business and client needs
- Coordinate the operations team for client portfolios,



ensuring planning and effective internal communication
- Conduct thorough due diligence to identify prospect accounts and expansion opportunities
- Maintain and strengthen relationships to position the business as a preferred vendor
- Coordinate, recommend and evaluate delivery of solutions aligning with requirements, quality, compliance, and processes
- Stay updated on industry developments and represent the company at events and within networks

Responsabilità

- Proven experience in client-facing management roles
- Extensive knowledge of property and liability insurance coverages
- Strong analysis and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in German and English
- Excellent commercial attitude
- Willingness to travel for business
