Specialista Senior / Project Manager

In this role you will bridge R&D; and market needs to create viable electrification solutions for Smart Power. You’ll explore emerging technologies, assess feasibility, and shape roadmaps with cross-functional teams. You will develop reference architectures and validate concepts through PoCs, helping translate breakthroughs into market-ready offerings. You join a collaborative innovation unit focused on turning technical insights into business impact, supporting leadership with strategic technical guidance.

- Contribute to a multi-year vision for electrification solutions grounded in technical trajectories and strategy
- Investigate global macrotrends in emerging technologies and applications to shape innovation roadmap
- Develop reference architectures and technical frameworks for new use cases
- Conduct technology benchmarking and competitive analysis to identify gaps and opportunities
- Build an ecosystem of partners and customers to pilot novel applications and validate feasibility and viability




- Design and facilitate technical workshops with internal teams, customers, and partners
- Perform technical feasibility studies and PoC definitions assessing maturity up to TRL2
- Prepare technical documentation and briefs that translate findings into strategic recommendations
- Collaborate with R&D; and Technology Advisor peers to support knowledge sharing and project execution
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Electrical; PhD is a plus
- 5+ years of experience in the electrical field
- Extensive experience with power electronics, microgrids, data center technologies or similar advanced electrical systems
- Proven stakeholder management in multicultural environments
- Strong strategic thinking with ability to translate technical concepts into business opportunities
- Agile mindset and proficiency in written and spoken English
