Role & Responsibilities The role targets candidates with zero to two years of experience and offers an apprenticeship contract with an initial salary of €29,000 + Satispay meal vouchers. You will receive a MacBook, training on the job, and the flexibility to work from our offices or remotely. Responsibilities vary by technical focus area:
Frontend: develop the front‑end of our web platforms for both job seekers and companies.
App Development: build and maintain our mobile app in Flutter for iOS and Android.
Backend: develop and support the infrastructure that powers our services.
Artificial Intelligence: improve our Joinrs AI system, working closely with ChatGPT.
Data: manage data, optimize our algorithms, and support the marketing team with dashboards.
