What will you do?
Paid campaigns and media strategy

You’ll independently manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads, from setup to daily monitoring. You’ll define the media budget allocation strategy in collaboration with the team, identifying the most effective channels and formats for each objective. You’ll plan A/B tests on audiences, creatives, and messaging to continuously optimize performance.

Content and creativity for ads

You’ll independently create copy and concepts for campaigns, ensuring consistency between message and visuals. You’ll adapt tone and format to different channels and audiences, while maintaining brand identity. You’ll also produce basic graphic and video assets for ads, leveraging AI and design tools.

Analysis and reporting

You’ll monitor KPIs and performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate), producing clear and actionable reports. You’ll translate data into concrete insights to guide the team’s strategic decisions.

AI and automation

You’ll integrate artificial intelligence tools into your workflows: from generating creative and copy variants, to predictive performance analysis, to automating repetitive tasks.



You’ll stay up-to-date on the evolution of AI tools applied to marketing and actively propose new solutions.

Who are we looking for?

Experience managing paid campaigns on at least two of Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok

In-depth knowledge of the main ads managers and related analysis tools

Ability to define and manage media budgets

Familiarity with generative AI and automation tools applied to marketing

Good command of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or similar tools

Excellent knowledge of Italian and good knowledge of English

What we offer

Permanent contract, full-time

RAL between 25,000 and 30,000
