As Senior Legal Counsel focusing on labor relations, you will advise HR and management on employment law matters and oversee labor‑related strategies for a multinational transportation company. You will support strategic and operational decisions, manage litigation, and oversee restructurings from a labor law perspective. You will draft and negotiate contracts, policies, and collective agreements, ensuring compliance. This role offers exposure to senior leadership and cross‑border initiatives in a dynamic, globally integrated environment.

- Provide legal guidance on individual and collective employment law matters to support HR and management
- Manage employment litigation and coordinate external law firms as needed
- Support extraordinary transactions (reorganizations, restructurings, transformations) from a labor‑law perspective
- Draft, review, and negotiate employment contracts, collective agreements, and company policies




- Monitor compliance with labor laws and industrial relations regulations
- Handle disciplinary procedures, dismissals, and workforce reduction processes

Responsabilità

- Law degree and admission to the Bar
- 5-7 years PQE in employment law in reputable firms or corporate environments
- In‑depth knowledge of Italian employment law
- Strong negotiation, problem‑solving, and stakeholder‑management skills
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Strong business orientation and ability to work independently
- Experience in handling or supporting management of labor relations and company reorganisations
