In this role you will translate commercial strategies into impactful marcom programs and messages, leading a global/local team to boost brand awareness, digital engagement, and opportunities pipeline. You will plan, execute, and measure marcom activities aligned with country and global objectives, leveraging marketing tools and campaigns. You’ll localize assets for country deployment and collaborate across functions to drive growth. This position offers international exposure, cross-region projects, and leadership development in a values-driven company.

Responsibilities

- Master degree in economy, business, management or equivalent
- Fluent English
- 5 years of relevant experience in increasing product/brand awareness and developing promotional programs
- Experience creating/coordinating advertising materials
- Knowledge of optimal advertising/promotional channel mix for defined customer segmentation
- Experience managing events, conferences, and promotional merchandise
- Experience measuring advertising and promotion effectiveness for ROI
