As Additive Product Manufacturing Engineer at Avio Aero, you will advance DMLM additive manufacturing processes for aeronautical components, focusing on part producibility and printing optimization. You’ll ensure design‑manufacturing compatibility and support technology validation across materials and processes. You’ll work within cross‑functional teams to drive cost reductions and continuous improvement while delivering ready‑to‑packaged products. This role offers the chance to shape additive manufacturing capabilities within a leading aerospace organization.

- Develop and optimize DMLM processes for parts
- Define per-part process parameters and post‑processing steps
- Support mechanical design by validating manufacturability and evidences in tech validation
- Manage technology department activities and part‑number configurations
- Lead continuous improvement and cost‑reduction opportunities in existing processes




- Provide on‑the‑floor machine support and problem resolution
- Coordinate root‑cause investigations and document outcomes
- Collaborate in project approaches, present research results, and contribute to team deliveries

Responsabilità

- Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Knowledge of DMLM machines, processes and parameters
- SPC knowledge
- Six Sigma tools & 5S awareness
- Experience with Additive Manufacturing, DMLM/EBM
- Strong CAD skills and 3D design software (preferably Siemens NX)
- Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration abilities
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Valid work visa per local regulation
