In this role you will lead the design and development of electromechanical products from concept to delivery within Hitachi Energy’s Electrical Design and Technical Leader Team. You will guide cross‑functional teams to meet quality, functionality and manufacturing standards while driving projects to timely, cost‑effective completions. You will analyze customer specs, support supplier and customer meetings, and translate feedback into robust design improvements. Responsabilità
- Degree in Electrical Engineering
- 2-5 years of experience as Power Transformer Electrical Designer
- Proven analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication to present concepts to stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team
- Italian and English knowledge
- Availability for short‑term travel for meetings and trainings
