Responsibilities

- Lead day-to-day warehouse operations to meet customer requirements and service standards
- Optimize space, equipment and labor utilization
- Develop and execute the site’s annual plan focused on service excellence, efficiency and cost control
- Foster collaboration, accountability, and a strong safety culture across the team
- Manage human and financial resources to ensure successful site performance
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives and best practices
- Support talent development,

Qualifications

- Bachelor in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent experience
- Background in temperature-controlled healthcare logistics preferred with GxP knowledge
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Proven experience in warehouse and fulfillment center management with direct workforce management
- Strong leadership to manage teams and resources
- Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
