Responsabilità

- Master's degree in Engineering, Economics or other STEM disciplines
- 5-8+ years of experience in market intelligence, strategy or business analysis in complex/industrial environments
- Strong expertise in market modelling, forecasting and scenario analysis
- Ability to synthesize large datasets into clear strategic narratives and connect insights to business decisions
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Python, Power BI or similar tools is a plus
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with exposure to senior leadership
- Ability to operate in cross‑functional and international environments
- Good written and spoken English communication skills (B2 or above)
- Coordination of cross‑geography teams ensuring alignment across regional activities
