About The Role

As an Italian-speaking Customer Experience Specialist, you will play an important role in helping customers and ensuring they receive professional and friendly support.

Responsibilities

- Supporting Italian-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat
- Understanding customer requests and providing effective solutions
- Creating positive customer experiences through every interaction
- Using company systems and tools to manage requests accurately




- Collaborating with colleagues from different backgrounds in an international environment

Requirements

- Native or fluent Italian (C1/C2 level)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused approach and problem-solving mindset
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to adapt to a new culture and working environment
- Willingness to relocate to Greece
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage, but not required
- Full training will be provided
