In this role, you will serve as the face of the brand at the grassroots level of competitive swimming, driving brand awareness, and support in building long-commercial term partnerships with teams, clubs, and athletes. /p pbu Main Responsibilities: /u /b /pulli Identify and recruit new clubs and teams to secure long-term partnership agreements. /lili Deliver best-in-class customer service and response times to existing and prospective coaches, boards, and athletes. /lili Maintain a regular visit schedule within the assigned territory to execute seasonal product launches and conduct team fittings. /lili Provide high-touch technical assistance, sizing support, and direct product service during regional and national swim meets. /lili Consistently evaluate club ROI and monitor compliance to ensure teams meet minimum outfitting standards and contract obligations.
