As Production Manager you lead plant manufacturing to meet safety, quality, and delivery objectives within GMP-compliant, highly regulated settings. You drive operational excellence, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to support growth and customer satisfaction. You will optimize resources, oversee production planning, and advance performance metrics. Your role shapes scalable manufacturing and a strong safety culture, delivering impact across the plant. - Lead daily production operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals
- Develop and execute production plans aligned with priorities and demand
- Monitor plant performance via KPI management (OEE, productivity, waste, service levels)
- Optimize use of personnel, equipment, and resources
- Ensure GMP compliance and collaboration with QA/QC for audit readiness
- Investigate production deviations, CAPAs, and operational issues




- Drive Lean and continuous improvement to boost productivity and reduce costs
- Lead and develop production supervisors and teams
- Foster safety culture and adherence to EHS policies
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and Planning

Responsabilità

- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Minimum 1 year of manufacturing leadership in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, chemical, FMCG, or highly regulated environments
- Proven GMP-regulated production leadership experience
- Track record of operational improvements and productivity gains
- Knowledge of GMP and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or CI methodologies
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision‑making abilities
- Fluent Italian and good English
