In this role you will drive payroll delivery across multiple streams by aligning Payroll, Product, Vendor and IT to design, configure, test and implement payroll systems. You will lead transformation initiatives, standardize processes and manage vendor relationships while supporting high-volume payroll periods. You will analyze current workflows, implement improvements and uphold governance, data quality and compliance within HCM and Time & Attendance systems. This position offers cross-functional impact and the opportunity to shape payroll operations at scale.

Responsabilità
- Operational payroll management experience
- Experience with payroll processes and system interfaces
- Ability to translate vendor requirements into system requirements
- Timely preparation of payroll documentation
- Experience with internal systems to support payroll operations (preferred)
- High-level understanding of EMEA payroll processes
- Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
- Excellent English communication
