As Factory Quality Manager, you will lead food safety and quality across the plant, partnering with cross‑functional teams to ensure compliant, on‑time product releases and continuous improvements. You will build a high‑performing quality organization, drive defect elimination and risk‑based decisions, and serve as the guardian of food safety to support business objectives. The role reports to the Factory Manager and manages a team of 10, with a focus on standard‑setting and manufacturing excellence in a premium beverage environment.

ResponsabilitĂ 

- 5–7 years of experience in quality roles with demonstrated leadership of a team
- Management exposure in a factory environment
- Degree in microbiology, chemistry, food science technology, food engineering or related field
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Proven track record delivering results through cross‑functional initiatives
- Ability to set priorities, delegate, and build networks across functions
- Experience with quality systems, HACCP, and risk‑based decision making

Requisiti fondamentali

- annual premio 10% based on company performance
- base salary around 60,000 EUR per year
