As IT Manager you steer the organization’s information technology, ensuring secure, reliable systems across the hotel’s operations. You collaborate with LVMH Hotel Management IT to implement the information system during the hotel transformation, oversee IT service quality, and manage the IT infrastructure. You will drive asset management, security, and projects, delivering timely reports and ensuring seamless user support. This role offers a hands‑on leadership position at a luxury property with a clear impact on guest experience and operational excellence.
Retribuzione / Benefits
- Plan, deploy, and document hardware, software, and IT assets; manage IT inventory and budgets with Finance
- Establish maintenance contracts and enforce data security policies (GDPR compliance)
- Secure access to internal systems per security policies; oversee IT security
- Collaborate with LVMH Hotel Management and Finance on procurement and budget for IT equipment
- Plan and coordinate IT infrastructure/projects (hardware and software) for operations
- Provide routine technical tasks and provisioning for internal clients
- Maintain IT equipment related to hotel operations (Wi‑Fi, telephony, home automation) and ensure software updates
- Conduct tech research with LVMH Hotel Management IT to identify new tools; implement recommendations
- Generate weekly/monthly activity reports for LVMH Hotel Management IT Department
- Assist users with hardware/software issues; manage major incidents and escalation
- Recruit, train, and supervise IT staff; ensure labor law compliance; report safety or risk incidents
- Communicate in non‑technical terms; maintain detailed documentation
Responsabilità
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- On‑site role in Porto Cervo, Italy
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, and systems
- Experience with IT security, GDPR, and access control
- Ability to supervise and train staff; budget awareness
- Fluent in professional English; Italian required; French optional
