In this role you drive the digital transformation of UniCredit’s Corporate Treasury Sales by leading a data and AI‑enabled analytics platform. You own the full stack of a core data analytics application, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver client‑centric insights and opportunities.

You'll shape data‑driven decision making, automate pricing and advisory workflows, and create intuitive dashboards for sales and clients. This role offers the chance to impact risk management solutions at scale in a dynamic banking environment.

Retribuzione / Benefits

- Lead data analytics and insights generation to identify client opportunities and hedging patterns
- Support design and deployment of AI models for risk profiling, hedging analysis, and personalized product recommendations
- Develop and maintain data visualizations and dashboards (Power BI, Angular front‑ends) to highlight KPIs and market trends
- Own full‑stack development for a data analytics application (Python ETL pipelines, Oracle databases, frontend Angular, backend C#)
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to explore ML use cases and dynamic pricing models

Responsabilità





- Academic background in quantitative fields (computer science, data science, mathematics, statistics, quantitative finance or related)
- Practical SQL/database experience and proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Typescript, or C#)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI)
- Hands‑on AI/ML experience with frameworks and concepts (LLMs, RAG, vector stores, agents; scikit‑learn, pandas, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Interest in heterogeneous data and system landscapes
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- Knowledge of risk management products for corporate clients (FX forwards, options, commodity swaps, IR derivatives)
- Professional experience in finance/banking, especially with corporate clients or treasury products
- English fluency; good knowledge of German and/or Italian
