Experteer Overview

In this role you enable iterative software and automation delivery for IDEAL Combines by guiding Agile processes, removing blockers, and boosting team performance. You will align cross-functional teams, manage risks, and support high-quality software delivery in a complex engineering setting. The position offers a chance to shape how agile practices scale across subsystems and contribute to AGCO’s mission of advancing agriculture. You will work closely with software, automation, architecture, and validation teams to drive outcomes.

Responsabilità

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience in Agile development environments
- Strong facilitation, communication, and coordination skills
- Experience supporting cross-functional software or engineering teams
