- Define and maintain target architecture for WFM (Field Service Management) and GIS platforms in line with Group architectural guidelines.
- Conduct architectural reviews for development and integration projects, identify technical debt and remediation priorities.
- Govern integrations between Operations systems (NextGen Platform FSM / OverIT) and core Group systems (SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, TIBCO, Customer Portal).
- Define reusable integration patterns (API‑first, event‑driven) with the API & Integration Gateway team.
- Act as technical‑functional end‑to‑end reference for the FSM platform adopted by the Group (OverIT NextGen Platform / NETA), evaluating product capabilities and future evolution.
- Reengineer Field Service operational processes: deployment planning, emergency response, periodic & exceptional maintenance, arrears management.
- Support evolution of FSM platform toward AI‑driven scheduling and dispatching.
- Preserve architecture for GIS platforms supporting gas network asset management; define technical requirements for bidirectional integration between GIS (ESRI ArcGIS, QGIS) and EAM/FSM/SAP platforms.
- Collaborate with Asset Management and Network Operations to translate spatial analysis needs into concrete application solutions.
- Identify and qualify automation opportunities in Operations using agentic solutions (LLM‑based agents, intelligent RPA, multi‑step orchestration).

- Background as a software developer (Java, Python, or equivalent) – essential to assess technical feasibility and liaise with development teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of major GIS platforms (ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise / ArcGIS Online, QGIS, GeoServer) and spatial data formats (GeoJSON, Shapefile, WFS/WMS).
- Familiarity with spatial databases (PostGIS, Oracle Spatial)
and network‑topology concepts for distribution networks.
