Experteer Overview

As Industrial Auditor, you will verify external manufacturers, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure compliance with our policies. You will conduct on-site visits, assess HSE, social compliance and production capacity, and report findings with corrective actions. You’ll scrutinize supplier financials and inventory on open orders to uphold transparency and ethical practices. You work with cross-functional teams to develop training for suppliers on labor standards and compliance, driving continuous improvement.

Responsabilità

- University bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of experience in industrial auditing
- Preferred certifications (SA8000 Lead Auditor, ISO Lead Auditor)
- Strong auditing principles and techniques
- Knowledge of supply chain compliance, environmental regulations and labor standards
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally
- Fluent in English; French a plus
