As Senior Application Engineer, you define specifications for new Discrete and Intelligent Power Modules (SiC, GaN MOSFET, IGBT/MOSFET) in collaboration with Marketing. You own product development from concept to testing, build system and architecture expertise, and validate electrical parameters with dedicated test boards. You act as the primary technical interface with customers during design-in and returns, while supporting Marketing and Sales during promotions. You also create promotional materials and technical documentation to showcase ST solutions. This role blends hands-on engineering with cross-functional collaboration to drive impactful power-electronics solutions.

- Define specifications for new Discrete and Intelligent Power Modules (SiC, GaN MOSFET, IGBT/MOSFET)
- Collaborate with Marketing on product direction and features
- Own end-to-end product development from definition to testing




- Develop system/architecture expertise to shape new features
- Validate electrical parameters and ensure full in-application functionality with dedicated test boards
- Provide technical support to Marketing and Sales during promotions and serve as primary technical interface with customers during design-in and returns
- Promote ST solutions by creating demo boards, simulation tools, and technical documentation
