The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Senior Sales Representative (Italy) to accelerate TCR’s growth in a highly competitive and fast-evolving market. This is a true hunter role, fully dedicated to new business development: opening doors, building relationships from scratch, and expanding our footprint across the Italian aviation ecosystem. You will work in close collaboration with the Business Development Manager (focused on existing accounts), while taking ownership of new customer acquisition and territory expansion.

What You Will Be Doing Here

- Drive new business development: identify, approach and win new customers across the Italian aviation ecosystem
- Build long-lasting relationships and create a strong, sustainable pipeline
- Spend most of your time in the field, visiting airports, prospects, and partners
- Understand customer needs and deliver tailored commercial solutions (GSE rental, leasing, maintenance)
- Lead negotiations and close deals end-to-end within defined commercial guidelines
- Ensure smooth handover of new clients to internal teams
- Track performance and pipeline through structured reporting
- Act as a market ambassador, monitoring competitors, pricing dynamics,



and representing TCR at industry events

We Are Looking For An Individual Who

- A senior B2B sales professional with a strong track record in new business acquisition
- A genuine hunter, motivated by opening new accounts and closing deals
- Is a team player but comfortable working autonomously in a field-based role, managing a large territory
- Experience selling complex solutions/services (aviation, transport, infrastructure, industrial services, machinery or leasing environments)
- A strong negotiator with solid commercial judgement
- Willing to travel extensively across Italy
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Experience in airport environments, GSE, equipment/vehicle leasing is a strong plus.

What We Offer

- Full-time position
- Attractive compensation package with total on-target earnings between €55,000 and €75,000, comprising fixed and variable components. Further details regarding the incentive plan will be shared and discussed throughout the interview process
