Senior Consultant, Supply Chain & Operations, Management Consulting

In this role you will support the Supply Chain & Operations practice in Milan, collaborating with the Associate Principal to drive transformation projects for Life Sciences clients. You will work on strategic, tactical, and operational initiatives, from maturity assessments to digital implementations, delivering impact across end-to-end supply chains. You will engage clients, lead workshops, and coordinate cross-functional teams, shaping solutions and value delivery. This is a hands-on, high-collaboration role with opportunities to influence growth and performance.

- Deliver high-quality, on-time deliverables for life sciences client projects
- Analyze client requirements to develop insightful, value-added proposals
- Engage with clients and present client-specific solutions, collaborating with IQVIA teams
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis using IQVIA data assets
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client strategies and relationships across levels
- Prepare, run, and follow up on client workshops




- Support proposal development and source identification for Principals
- Attend client meetings and plant visits primarily in Italy
- Work independently and as part of a team, supervising junior staff
- MSc degree in Engineering/Economics/Management
- 5+ years of consulting experience with a management consulting firm in transformation projects (Supply Chain & Operations)
- Experience in Life Sciences industry preferred
- ASCM certifications (e.g., CPIM, CSCP, CLTD) and PMI certifications (e.g., CAPM, PMP) are a plus
- Proficiency in Italian and English (written and spoken)
- Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent execution skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple projects with competing priorities
- Willingness to travel, especially within Italy
