In this role you will drive production projects from concept to implementation, aligning with Ariston Group's strategic objectives and timelines. You will enhance line efficiency and support continuous improvement on a dedicated production line, collaborating across functions and with suppliers. You will contribute to decarbonization efforts and energy management as part of the Road to 100 Ariston program. - Productivity analysis of production lines and identification of improvement opportunities for continuous improvement
- Assist in investments to create new production islands and lines
- Manage BOM, MES system and the manufacturing plant mold pool
- Implement the manufacturing plant energy management system and contribute to decarbonization activities under Road to 100 Ariston
- Degree in mechanical engineering or similar
- 5-7 years of proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the metalworking sector
