Specialista Senior / Project Manager

In this role you will procure materials meeting technical specs, price, delivery, and terms while aligning with corporate policies. You will support identifying new suppliers with the category team and manage end-to-end purchasing activities. You’ll negotiate with key suppliers, renew terms, and propose frame agreements. The role requires supplier capacity checks, bid analysis, and ensuring PO performance. This position contributes to ABB’s mission of lean, sustainable operations and global impact.

- Initiate Purchase Orders per requisitions and standard procedures, confirming delivery and tracking supplier performance
- Negotiate agreements with main suppliers and periodically renew price lists and terms




- Propose frame agreements and secure leadership approval
- Verify external capacity of suppliers and source new ones
- Analyze and evaluate bids to determine optimal value
- Bachelor in Engineering
- 2+ years of experience in similar procurement roles
- Experience in product engineering, supply chain or purchasing is a plus
- Knowledge of main mechanical technologies used in industrial processes is a plus
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus
- Proficiency in English and Italian
- Strong interpersonal and multitasking abilities
